Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain HVAC systems efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections on building systems




• Troubleshoot HVAC and BAS issues proactively
• Update preventive maintenance logs and schedules
• Manage vendor compliance within maintenance programs

Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in building operations
• Solid knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Post-secondary training in building systems preferred
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
