Reporting to the Manager of Centre for Change Enablement, this practitioner role leads the development, management, and implementation of change strategies and plans. With a focus on employee engagement, the role emphasizes communication, coaching, and collaboration across all organizational levels to facilitate smoother transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply Manitoba Public Insurance Change Management Methodology effectively
• Develop and implement detailed change management strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated communication




• Facilitate stakeholder involvement in change initiatives
• Coach leaders and teams to ensure readiness for change

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Education, or Social Sciences
• Five years of relevant experience in change management
• Solid communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
