Engineering Manager

This role emphasizes leadership with technical depth. You’ll spend most of your energy coaching, unblocking, and guiding engineers, while also jumping into the codebase to debug production issues or prototype proofs of concept when needed.

Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and coaching

Help attract and hire strong engineers who share our hands-on culture

Partner with Product and Design to define technical roadmaps

Balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability in decision-making

Translate vision into execution by connecting strategy with technical reality





5+ years of experience building production software (frontend or full-stack)

Current experience with modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript)

Solid track record of building performant, user-friendly applications

Excellent communication in a remote-first environment

You’re a leader first, but you keep your technical edge sharp

You care deeply about building products people love to use
