As part of GOLFTEC’s renowned coaching team, you will participate in GOLFTEC University training, learning from award-winning instructors and mastering advanced golf technology. Your responsibilities include creating customized lesson plans and fostering a supportive workplace for golfers of all skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete GOLFTEC University training for coaches
• Employ advanced technology for personalized coaching
• Design and recommend tailored lesson plans
• Enhance students' experience in training facilities
• Ensure equipment and center maintenance

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in golf instruction
• Solid understanding of golf mechanics preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift items over 30 pounds
• PGA/LPGA affiliation is beneficial
