In this role, you will ensure high standards of practice as part of the Respiratory Services department at Northern Health. You'll assess and treat a variety of cardio-respiratory illnesses while working closely with other healthcare professionals. Your work will not only improve patient outcomes but also contribute to your professional development through committee participation and continuous education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out determined client assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Engage in team-based patient care activities




• Foster client advocacy and culturally sensitive practices
• Enhance personal competence via training opportunities
• Contribute to quality improvement and research projects

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current CSRT certification and BCSRT eligibility
• BC Driver’s License required for practice
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Capacity for effective teamwork and leadership
