Role: Prompt Engineer – Contact Center AI Services

Location: Brampton, ON – 5 Days Onsite Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize prompts for customer self-service, virtual agents, agent-assist, knowledge retrieval, and enterprise AI applications.

Create prompt libraries, templates, guardrails, and reusable AI interaction patterns.

Evaluate and compare AI model responses across Gemini, Claude, GPT, and other LLM platforms.

Define prompt testing methodologies and success metrics including accuracy, hallucination reduction, response consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI-powered solutions.

Support implementation of RAG, grounding strategies, and enterprise knowledge integrations.

Establish prompt governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI guidelines.

Analyze conversational data and user feedback to continuously improve AI outcomes.

Partner with engineering teams to integrate prompts into production-grade AI applications.





Stay current with emerging AI technologies, prompting techniques, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Conversational AI, NLP, AI Engineering, Product Engineering, or related fields.

2+ years of hands-on Prompt Engineering experience with enterprise LLM platforms.

Solid understanding of Prompt Design, RAG, LLM evaluation, Model Tuning, and AI Safety principles.

Experience with Google CCAI/GECX, Dialogflow CX, Gemini, Claude, GPT, or similar Generative AI platforms.

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and AI integration frameworks.

Experience working with Contact Center technologies and customer service workflows.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Contact Center modernization initiatives.

Exposure to Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent ecosystems.
