As a Field Technician, you will engage in hands-on troubleshooting and repairs of Prairie Machine and Rokion products, both in office and in the Service Department. Your role emphasizes diagnosing and resolving electrical or mechanical issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining communication with customers and our engineering teams. You will also play a significant role in contributing feedback for product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures
• Ensure high-quality service with a focus on detail




• Communicate effectively with customers and engineers
• Provide insights for improving product serviceability
• Generate detailed service reports and maintain equipment
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or GED; trade qualification preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant field experience
• Proven troubleshooting and repair capabilities
• Experience with MS Office; basic programming knowledge
• Ability to travel frequently, up to 70%
