TheBilingual Human Resources Generalist (HRG) acts as a strategic business partnerand works with senior leadership to support their designated core clients whichincludes: district management, store management and retail store employees. TheBilingual HRG will join an HR team focused on making a positive impact on thebusiness and our people through creating and developing process improvements,project implementation, and offering creative talent solutions.

Responsibilities

- Partnerwith sales managers to develop and maintain positive employee relations,and an engaged workforce and to implement new and cutting-edge HR solutions
- Providehuman resource advice and consultation to retail employees and managementon all HR-related matters
- Ensurecompliance with provincial and federal laws and regulations relating toemployment standards, human rights, privacy legislation, and employmentequity
- Drivediversity, wellness, people analytics, and employee engagement initiatives
- DeliverHR training and sharing of best practices
- Workclosely with the Director, Human Resources on research, development, andmanagement of the performance review process
- Identifyand implement process improvement opportunities
- Actasa lead in the continuous development, delivery, and success of the focusedtraining, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Performother related duties
