This position, based in any of our New Brunswick offices, focuses on developing urban plans, executing planning reports, and interacting with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and amend land-use tools and municipal plans
• Prepare impactful planning and market assessments
• Design concepts for transportation corridors and public spaces
• Collaborate with engineers on integrated projects
• Stay current with industry trends and practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Urban Design, Planning, or similar
• 4-6 years planning experience in consultancy
• Proficiency in GIS and related software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in both French and English is an asset
