As a Personal Support Assistant at AgeCare, you will report to the Director of Care and support residents with nursing and personal care tasks. You will assist in lifts, transfers, and various daily activities while fostering a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one personal care to residents
• Assist with protected lifting and transferring practices
• Guide residents to activities and dining areas




• Act as a companion and offer comfort to residents
• Participate in care meetings as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Working towards Personal Support Worker certification preferred
• Experience with seniors in community health services ideal
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Commitment to a resident-centered service environment
