Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside teachers to support individual learning goals
• Assess and observe children's interactions and progress
• Keep records of attendance and individual health needs

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Valuable standing registration with the Ontario College
• Minimum three months of experience in childcare
• Ability to follow guidelines effectively
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping
