MT Services is seeking a Legal Assistant with a minimum of five years of experience in Intellectual Property. You will be responsible for the preparation and filing of documents with CIPO, USPTO, and WIPO, alongside comprehensive support throughout the prosecution lifecycle. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file patent and trademark applications with CIPO and USPTO
• Manage the docket and review deadlines for the legal team
• Liaise with foreign agents regarding filings and correspondence




• Maintain electronic files and the PATTSY database
• Support financial processes like invoicing and billing coordination

Requirements:
