In this agile role, you will partner with country leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. You will prepare detailed financial analyses and present forecasts while supporting profitability initiatives across commercial teams. This position serves as a crucial link among Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury functions to ensure governance and planning effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leadership for effective budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare forecasts with actuals analysis for strategic insights
• Manage resource use and FTE planning across departments
• Support commercial P&L; and profitability initiatives
• Coordinate with Accounting on financial reporting accuracy
Requirements:
• Undergrad degree with MBA or related finance qualification
• At least five years of relevant finance experience
• Experience with P&L; ownership in biotech/pharmaceuticals
• Fluency in English plus local language essential
• Additional language skills and international experience preferred
