Key Responsibilities:
• Forward employee and contractor concerns to HR
• Provide guidance and job shadow to support staff
• Promote cultural activities for well-being
• Foster relationships across various site areas

Requirements:
• Living within Black Lake First Nation or local communities
• Experience as an Elder or in similar roles
• Deep knowledge of local culture and traditions
• Fluent in English and a local dialect
• Adaptable work schedule with air transport
