As a vital part of the team, you will engage in creative fundraising approaches to support critical healthcare initiatives. This permanent, full-time position requires expertise in donor relations, annual giving, and the ability to cultivate meaningful donor experiences. You will balance traditional and digital fundraising methods to optimize donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual giving and personal giving strategies
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of personal giving donors
• Build solid donor relationships through diverse communication




• Identify opportunities for enhanced donor engagement
• Deliver impactful stewardship and engagement activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years in fundraising or donor relations
• Experience with donor portfolios and relationship management
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or donor databases
• Knowledge of charitable giving principles and CRA requirements
