KPU seeks an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist for an 8-month contract in the People Relations Department. This role will lead an impactful recruitment process while working directly with hiring teams.

As an interim specialist, you will guide recruitment for skilled roles in a unionized post-secondary setting. Your consultative recruitment strategies will help align hiring needs with organizational objectives. Additionally, you will contribute to administrative functions within the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized positions
• Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies
• Maintain job postings and manage ATS inquiries




• Provide guidance on hiring processes aligned with collective agreements
• Assist with talent acquisition projects and initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum three years of talent acquisition experience
• Relevant recruitment experience in a complex, unionized workplace
• Proficient in ATS and recruitment technologies
• Robust communication and organizational skills
