We are in search of an HR expert committed to fostering positive employee relations at our Distribution Center. This role demands partnership with management, active participation in HR program execution, and a focus on compliance and risk mitigation. You will also engage with different departments to champion health and safety initiatives and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as strategic HR Business Partner for the Distribution Center
• Enhance employee relations through coaching and guidance
• Implement HR initiatives including succession planning




• Ensure compliance with all legislative policies
• Engage with projects for productive HR and IT implementation

Requirements:
• University degree with 3+ years of HR experience
• Familiarity with Retail and Logistics/Warehousing sectors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven influencing and business acumen
• Solid confidentiality and professionalism in handling data
