Establish project scope and alternatives with Business Development
Develop preliminary designs, cost estimates, and schedules
Facilitate project planning sessions for team-oriented input




Review and provide feedback on Class estimates
Maintain project portfolio prioritization model for strategic alignment

Requirements:
Engineering degree and skilled designation (P.Eng)
Minimum 10 years of pipeline or oil/gas processing experience
Familiarity with Canadian codes and regulations
Proficient in cost estimating and project management best practices
Clean criminal history and valid driver's license
