As a Project Coordinator, you will support various initiatives under the Divisions Knowledge Exchange portfolio. Responsibilities include developing meeting agendas, managing online platforms, and evaluating project progress. Your proactive approach and collaboration with internal teams will ensure alignment across projects, meeting deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives and communities of practice
• Develop meeting agendas and reports for effective communication
• Monitor project progress against defined timelines and objectives




• Maintain a centralized repository for tracking emerging topics
• Provide backup administrative support during peak periods

Requirements:
• Up to four years of relevant experience or a related degree
• Knowledge of BC’s health care system is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
