In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching for Outdoor Adventure Level 3 programmes. You will facilitate a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for success in the outdoor industry. The position requires an educator passionate about nurturing students’ confidence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach a variety of outdoor adventure and sport activities
• Organise and lead comprehensive outdoor programmes
• Develop high-quality lesson plans and assessments
• Monitor students’ progress and provide pastoral care
• Coordinate enriching trips and experiences for learners
Requirements:
• Relevant National Governing Body outdoor qualifications
• Teaching experience with young adults (16+)
• Solid practical skills in outdoor disciplines
• Level 2 English and Maths qualifications
• First Aid qualification (or willingness to achieve)
