Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze data on learning effectiveness
• Design curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Manage project timelines and deliverables comprehensively
• Follow up on training outcomes and provide enhancements
• Collaborate across teams for cohesive development plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years in employee development or instructional design
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Proven abilities in project management and leadership
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
