Join an allied health team as an Occupational Therapist I, providing critical therapy services in Wetaskiwin's home care settings. Travel is essential, requiring a valid driver’s license.

In this position, you will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy to clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Your role as a therapist will involve assessments, treatments, and team-oriented engagement with individuals, families, and healthcare providers to drive successful rehabilitation outcomes. You'll play a key part in enhancing client well-being and fostering their independence while working alongside interprofessional teams for effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized interventions




• Act as an educator and consultant for clients and families
• Collaborate with health specialists to optimize care
• Facilitate supportive transitions and referrals for clients
• Promote effective communication and engagement within teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Current Basic Life Support certification required
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle necessary
