Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staffing coverage and on-call coordination
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
• Background in community services or healthcare preferred
• Robust decision-making and communication skills
• Valid Class 5F Manitoba driver’s license
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation
