In this permanent position, you will configure and support the Fire Record Management System while cultivating solid partnerships with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of the FRMS
• Perform data audits and rectify quality issues
• Develop and manage operational reporting and analysis tools
• Plan and execute system upgrades and testing
• Support end users with troubleshooting in a high-demand setting
Requirements:
• Educational background in IT or similar, plus 6 years experience
• Direct experience in records management or enterprise applications
• Proven ability in data extraction and report generation
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance
