• Investigate and negotiate complex claims autonomously
• Engage in communications with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee files related to litigation and ADR processes

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of claims experience is essential
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Working towards Chartered Insurance Qualified (CIP) designation
