In this role, you will develop and maintain rigorous product specifications, leading test plans and validation efforts. You’ll play a pivotal part in the Recent Product Introduction (NPI) process, analyzing results to drive quality improvements. Collaboration with vendors will be essential as you troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to uphold CTC quality standards.
