CoolIT Systems is looking for a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Lead to enhance its facilities team. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory manufacturing experience with a commitment to preventative maintenance and facility expansion. This critical role reports directly to the Facility Maintenance Manager and drives an effective manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions and escalate as needed




• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
• Maintain computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Robust knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
