Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mine Operations, the Dispatch Supervisor will manage work assignments while ensuring safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in mining practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a rapid-paced environment. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and multitasking, this role supports both the operations team and individual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety reviews and policies
• Optimize operations to enhance production efficiency




• Develop equipment line-up sheets in compliance with site protocols
• Utilize Fleet Control and digital tools for equipment efficiency
• Mentor team members to achieve operational targets

Requirements:
• Minimum three years mining experience
• At least one year of WENCO Fleet Management System experience
• Solid digital literacy and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Willingness to obtain a valid Shift Boss ticket
