Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points
Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment following safety protocols
Utilize knowledge of farm machinery and other equipment to assist in the setup or maintenance of treatment areas when necessary
Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for ongoing pest management
Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up actions for each service visit
Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery efficiently to execute pest control procedures effectively
Collaborate with team members to develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs
Experience
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery enhances your ability to perform wide-ranging tasks confidently
Experience working with or understanding the use of various pest control products and techniques is beneficial
Ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously when handling chemicals and operating equipment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying pest issues and implementing solutions
