• Collaborate with senior management on capability strategies

• Implement talent processes for ongoing improvement

Requirements:
• 10–15 years in learning or talent development
• University degree in HR, Education, or related areas
• Solid background in adult learning theory
• Advanced skills in performance management
• Capacity to utilize data for actionable results
