Lead our Asset Protection efforts as a Supervisor, ensuring effective loss prevention and compliance across the store. Oversee a team dedicated to minimizing stock loss and improving audits.

In the Supervisor role, your leadership will be key to enhancing loss prevention operations. You will supervise a team of Loss Prevention Investigators, generate critical reports, and manage all aspects of stock shortage investigations. Close collaboration with store management will enable the execution of audit results and shrink reduction plans, ensuring a proactive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage Loss Prevention Investigators daily
• Generate and analyze stock shortage performance reports
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions




• Support execution of shrink reduction strategies
• Lead investigations and collaborate with law enforcement

Requirements:
• Law enforcement degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years in a Loss Prevention role
• Must hold a current Provincial Security Guard License
• Trained in interview techniques or similar methods
• Robust communication and leadership skills
