In this pivotal role, you will oversee operational and technical leadership within FLINT's Environmental Services division. Your focus will include managing complex asset retirement projects while strengthening client relationships and ensuring compliance. This position demands expertise in financial sustainability and high-quality project execution across various environmental undertakings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead growth of DDA service line and operational performance
• Manage complex decommissioning and abandonment projects
• Develop proposals and lead business prospect pursuits




• Build robust relationships with clients and regulators
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a safety culture

Requirements:
• Bachelor's engineering degree or related technical diploma
• 15+ years in asset retirement and environmental services
• Proven leadership in high-risk field operations
• Robust budget and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in regulatory and client requirements
