peopleCare seeks a agile Executive Director to guide the development and operations of a current 160-bed long-term care home in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Reporting to the Vice President, Long-Term Care, you will champion a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Your role will focus on building community relationships, executing a recruitment strategy, and ensuring excellence in care and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective day-to-day leadership across departments
• Implement peopleCare’s strategic plan for operational excellence
• Develop annual operational plans with measurable goals




• Use data to drive performance and continuous improvement
• Promote innovation and accountability across the home

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field
• Minimum five years leadership in health care or seniors’ services
• Experience in a unionized team environment
• Knowledge of Ontario long-term care legislation
• Proven budget management and operational strategy skills
