Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role requires a blend of contract management skills, technical acumen, and relationship-building capabilities. As a senior leader, you will ensure that partnerships with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) meet operational deadlines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead Steering Committees with external partners
• Address and resolve vendor-related conflicts promptly
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate alliance health
• Manage contract negotiations and financial oversight
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related
• Minimum 8 years in biotechnology or biopharmaceuticals
• At least 5 years in Alliance or External Supply Management
• Solid skills in contract management and negotiation
• Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP regulations
