The HR Partner is responsible for creating people strategies that align with business challenges and opportunities. Expected skills include hands-on HR execution, coaching, and analytics to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct analyses to identify workforce trends
• Review employee engagement data and make recommendations
• Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness
• Lead talent management and succession planning processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree; Organizational Development a plus
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing
• CHRP certification preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
