Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing, your role involves managing daily campaign performance across multiple platforms. You'll be instrumental in executing paid media strategies and optimizing for metrics like ROAS and CAC. Collaboration with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics teams is key to ensuring successful campaigns and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns effectively
• Optimize budgets and creatives to boost performance
• Analyze campaign data for performance improvements




• Collaborate with teams for aligned messaging and execution
• Conduct A/B tests on creative elements and targeting strategies

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media
• Proven success with performance marketing budgets
• Advanced knowledge of ecommerce KPIs
• Proficient in reporting tools like Looker Studio
