With over 7 years in project management or HR strategy, you will lead critical initiatives and ensure a smooth execution across departments. Your adaptive nature will thrive in a quick-paced environment, helping to develop agile frameworks that align with our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute major HR initiatives with minimal risk and disruption
• Transition traditional HR strategies into agile frameworks
• Oversee complex HR project delivery and stakeholder communication




• Drive continuous improvement alongside project execution
• Partner with CoEs to create effective communication strategies

Requirements:
• 7+ years in Project/Program Management or HR Strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven ability in managing complex budgets and ROI tracking
• Exceptional communication skills and executive-level reporting
• Bilingualism and skilled certifications are assets
