Key Responsibilities:
• Establish cost control systems for project tracking
• Develop accurate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) predictions

• Deliver detailed monthly financial reports to executives
• Verify contractor and consultant invoices for accuracy

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Engineering
• 5–7 years in cost controls or project management
• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Excel advanced features
• In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques
• Qualified certifications like CPA or CCP are an asset
