CNA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance financial planning and decision-making processes. This role focuses on analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive business performance.
As a key member of the FP&A; team at CNA, you will support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. Your expertise in financial modeling and business analysis will provide valuable insights for stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with finance and business leaders to support strategic objectives and facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support annual planning and budgeting processes
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
• Analyze financial performance and recommend actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders in business planning activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA designation preferred or in progress
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A; experience
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workday a plus
• Solid analytical and communication skills
