Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and understand client needs thoroughly

• Support telephony queue management to meet service levels

Requirements:
• Registered Retirement Associate (RRA) designation required
• Broad knowledge of PSPP provisions and pension legislation

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Problem-solving skills to navigate client issues effectively
