Our client, a leading enterprise organization, requires a Senior Consultant, Change & Communications, under a contract until October 30, 2026. You will lead the development of communication strategies and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation process. Your work will be critical in maintaining program integrity and operational transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans
• Translate business processes into explicit communications
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to drive adoption
• Support change management initiatives across the organization
• Monitor and advise on stakeholder engagement strategies
Requirements:
• 3+ years in change management or communications
• Experience with large-scale transformation projects
• Familiarity with ADKAR or similar methodologies
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities
