Preparation of daily breads and desserts for retail sale
Preparation of bread and desserts for catering orders
Participation of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
Recipe development
Requirements
3 years or more experience producing breads by hand
3 years or more experience in a skilled bakery workplace
Capable of working independently
Pay & Incentives
40 hours per week, day shifts, minimal weekends
$20 hourly wage
Tip out on catering orders
Daily staff meal
