• Own LSO's annual business development strategy • Build a robust pipeline for membership and sponsorship • Lead full cycle of partnership development and onboarding • Expand network beyond the Greater Toronto Area • Utilize member feedback for program enhancement
Requirements: • 5+ years in a relevant business development role • Track record of successful stakeholder engagement • Exceptional writing and presentation skills • Proficient in CRM systems and data management • Active commitment to IDEA principles
