The ICCIT at UTM is seeking qualified candidates to fill Sessional Lecturer roles. Responsibilities include designing and teaching university-level courses, supervising teaching assistants, and managing assessments. Ideal candidates should hold a graduate degree, preferably a PhD, and have previous teaching experience in the relevant subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and teach Communication, Culture, Information & Technology courses
• Supervise teaching assistants assigned to the courses
• Develop and mark assignments and exams




• Submit grades to university officials following policies
• Hold regular office hours for student support
Requirements:
• Completed graduate degree in the subject area (PhD preferred)
• Proven excellence in teaching at undergraduate level
• Experience in supervising teaching assistants required
• Solid research record relevant to subject matter
• Not currently a University of Toronto student
