Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional, engaging customer service at events
• Maintain cleanliness in banquet areas and storage spaces
• Set up and break down tables and staging efficiently
• Follow detailed instructions from banquet event orders
• Report repairs and unsafe conditions as needed
Requirements:
• Serving It Right Certificate required
• Previous experience in guest service essential
• Background in Banquets preferred
• Ability to lift and store equipment safely
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
