Transform lives as an Overnight Youth Worker with WoodGreen, focusing on youth empowerment within their Clifton Program. This part time position includes working directly with youth from 12 to 18 years old on-site.
In this role, you will foster a therapeutic environment while building strong, supportive relationships with young clients. Your responsibilities encompass helping youth manage challenges and respect their diverse backgrounds, ensuring that the program upholds an inclusive, equitable approach. Engaging with both clients and their families is vital to promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster therapeutic client relationships
• Supervise youth in a safe environment




• Keep accurate client records and privacy standards
• Assist in meal preparation for clients
• Maintain the safety and upkeep of properties
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Child & Youth Work or Social Work
• Experience in youth care preferred
• Valid certifications in CPR/First Aid and aggression management
• Excellent communication and admin skills
• Driver's license preferred for agency vehicle support
