Become a vital member of the BUDDS' BMW team as a Service Receptionist, providing premier customer service in our luxury automotive service department. Make every client feel welcome and informed from the start to finish.
This full time position operates Monday through Friday during day shifts. You will engage with clients directly, addressing their inquiries and facilitating effective communication with our service team. Ensuring that clients’ transportation requirements are met enhances their overall experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exhibit a friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
• Tactfully transfer client inquiries to the right individuals
• Manage transportation needs through UBER and car rental services
• Take and process payments accurately
• Arrange for after-hours vehicle pickups and drop-offs
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Good organizational abilities
• Positive attitude towards teamwork
• Reliable means of transportation to work
