You will engage with around 36 students weekly, leading discussions, grading case presentations, and providing feedback. Your primary role will involve attending staff meetings, preparing for seminars, and addressing real-world business challenges in an academic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead weekly discussion group sessions and seminars
• Evaluate and grade student case presentations
• Provide constructive feedback on weekly assignments




• Attend regular meetings with course coordinators and peers
• Support students in understanding complex business concepts
Requirements:
• C.G.P.A. of 7.0 or higher, 8.0 preferred
• A- grade in ADM 1300 or equivalent
• Two years of post-secondary business education
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms
