- Timely and accurate entry of current product details into database
- Regularly review and update database content
- Respond to customer, store and supplier requests for corrections and changes
- Identify functional enhancements that ensure a positive customer experience
- Photograph and edit images of new products
- Support marketing efforts during monthly promotions
Job Requirements
- Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good overall musical instrument product knowledge
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate Photoshop or equivalent image editing skills
