As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you are a crucial part of the Home Care Team delivering personal assistance and support to clients requiring help. You will assist clients with their daily routines while observing and documenting their well-being, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
• Document observations regarding clients’ health and mood
• Support safe mobility and nutrition among clients




• Collaborate with nurses for effective routine care
• Maintain a clean and organized care setting
Requirements:
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate or relevant nursing program
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed
• At least 2 years experience in Home Care or Continuing Care settings
• Capability of meeting physical demands of the job
